8 concerns
Pain that keeps returning is asking for a different kind of support.
A back that decides what you will lift. A knee that rules out the stairs. A headache that keeps a schedule you did not set. Long-running pain narrows a life quietly, and most people only notice how much ground they gave up when some of it comes back.
How we work here
What we use here
Plans are almost always two or three of these together, decided at your first session.
- Cupping TherapySuction cups that draw fresh blood flow into tight, stagnant muscle.
- PhysiotherapyHands-on assessment and movement work, for when movement itself is the problem.
- AcupunctureFine needles at chosen points, placed by a practitioner rather than a machine.
- PEMF Scalar TherapyPulsed magnetic fields, tuned to a frequency chosen for your concern.
- Cellular Balance TherapyMillimetre-wave frequencies at a single point below the knee, fully clothed.
What we support in this area
Each one names what we would put in a plan. None of it is a treatment for the condition, and the order is decided at Frequency Mapping, not here.
Arthritis
Living with Arthritis Should Not Mean Living with Limitations.
What we would suggest
Back Pain
It limits how you move, how you sleep, and how you show up in your daily life. Whether your discomfort is recent or has persisted for years, the frustration of not feeling like yourself is real.
What we would suggest
Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, PEMF Scalar Therapy, Physiotherapy
Fibromyalgia
The widespread pain, the crushing fatigue, the difficulty concentrating, the unpredictable flare-ups: fibromyalgia affects every aspect of your daily life. If you feel like no one fully understands what you are going through, you are not alone.
What we would suggest
Acupuncture, Cellular Balance Therapy, Cupping Therapy, PEMF Scalar Therapy, Physiotherapy
Joint Pain
Opening a jar, climbing stairs, or getting out of bed can feel like an uphill battle. Joint pain affects your independence, your mood, and your quality of life.
What we would suggest
Migraines and Headaches
The throbbing pain, the sensitivity to light and sound, the nausea, the inability to think clearly: migraines can derail your entire day, sometimes longer. For those who experience them regularly, the constant anticipation of the next episode is exhausting in itself.
What we would suggest
Neck and Shoulder Pain
It is there when you turn your head, when you sit at your desk, when you try to sleep. Neck pain can radiate into your shoulders, arms, and head, turning simple tasks into constant sources of frustration.
What we would suggest
Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, PEMF Scalar Therapy, Physiotherapy
Neuropathy
Neuropathy can make the simplest sensations feel wrong. The tingling in your hands, the numbness in your feet, the burning that comes without warning: these symptoms affect your ability to walk confidently, sleep comfortably, and trust your own body.
What we would suggest
Sciatica
Sitting hurts. Standing hurts.
What we would suggest
Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, PEMF Scalar Therapy, Physiotherapy
Questions people ask
- Will this replace what my doctor has prescribed?
- No. Nothing here is a substitute for medical care, and we will not ask you to stop or change anything a doctor has prescribed. These are wellness sessions that sit alongside your existing care.
- Do I have to know what is causing my pain before I come?
- No, and we do not diagnose it either. Everyone starts with a Frequency Mapping session, which is where we decide together what belongs in your plan and what does not.
- How many sessions before I know whether this is working?
- We review at four. Early enough to change course, long enough to be a fair trial. If nothing has shifted by then, we would rather say so than sell you a longer course.
- Is any of this painful?
- No. Every session in this area is non-invasive, and you stay clothed for all of them except cupping, where the back is exposed. Most people feel warmth, a mild pulsing, or nothing at all.
- Can I combine several therapies in one visit?
- Usually yes, and plans for pain are almost always layered rather than single. The order and the spacing matter, so we work that out at Frequency Mapping rather than leaving it to chance.
Everything here starts in the same place
A Frequency Mapping session, before any therapy is booked. It is where we work out which of these belong in your plan, in what order, and which are not worth your money.
