Breathe the smallest molecule in wellness
Some wellness work is dramatic. Hydrogen Wellness is not.
Using HHO Breath Generator
What it is
Hydrogen Wellness is a 30 to 60 minute session inhaling a low concentration of molecular hydrogen (H2) through a comfortable nasal cannula. The work supports oxidative balance, cellular recovery, and the everyday reset that members layer into longer wellness programmes. Molecular hydrogen is among the better-researched simple molecules in modern wellness science.
How it works
The HHO Breath Generator uses water electrolysis to produce a steady stream of molecular hydrogen at safe inhalation concentrations. You sit comfortably, breathe normally through the cannula, and read or rest while the work happens.
Molecular hydrogen acts as a selective antioxidant: it engages with harmful reactive oxygen species in cells without disrupting the helpful ones. The 2007 Ohsawa paper in Nature Medicine established the mechanism; a growing peer-reviewed base since has explored applications in inflammation, recovery, and metabolic wellness.
We do not claim that these sessions treat any medical condition. We use the equipment as its maker designed it. If you want the fuller picture, including where the evidence is thin, read our Science page.
Who this is not for
Across the published clinical literature, H₂ inhalation at the studied concentrations has been consistently well tolerated, with no significant adverse reactions reported. Studied concentrations have ranged from 2 to 4 percent H₂ in the inhaled mix, well below the lower flammability limit of hydrogen in air (4 percent), which is the practical safety boundary for inhalation devices.
The device itself is manufactured to high-purity electrolysis standards. The nasal cannula is single-use per session.
Hydrogen Wellness is supportive wellness, not medical treatment. Speak with your doctor first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, living with a serious respiratory condition (severe COPD, oxygen-dependent conditions, or any condition where supplemental respiratory gas would change a clinical care plan), managing an active acute medical condition under treatment, or under 14 (paediatric consent required). This list is conservative on purpose; if unsure, ask your doctor.

What actually happens
You arrive, settle into a comfortable chair, and a single-use nasal cannula is fitted. The HHO Breath Generator runs quietly throughout the session at a calibrated rate. There is nothing to taste, nothing to smell, no sensation from the gas itself. Most members read, listen to music, meditate, or rest. The session ends when the timer ends. You can return to normal activities immediately.
Cadence: most members run two sessions a week for the first month, then weekly. Members in respiratory or chronic-fatigue plans often run twice-weekly for longer.

This is layered into a plan, not booked on its own
It comes after a Frequency Mapping session, which is where we work out whether it belongs in your plan at all, and what it should sit alongside.
