8 concerns
The wellness questions women are often expected to manage quietly.
Periods that take three days out of every month. A cycle that stopped being predictable and nobody seemed worried. Leaking when you laugh, and never once having said so out loud. A body after childbirth that is yours again but does not feel like it yet.
How we work here
What we use here
Plans are almost always two or three of these together, decided at your first session.
- Hydrogen WellnessMolecular hydrogen, simply breathed in, for oxidative stress and recovery.
- Pelvic WellnessSit fully clothed while the chair works the pelvic floor for you.
- PEMF Scalar TherapyPulsed magnetic fields, tuned to a frequency chosen for your concern.
- Frequency MappingAn hour-long read of how your body is working, before anything else is planned.
- PhysiotherapyHands-on assessment and movement work, for when movement itself is the problem.
- Plasma WellnessCold plasma at the surface of the skin, for tone, clarity and recovery.
What we support in this area
Each one names what we would put in a plan. None of it is a treatment for the condition, and the order is decided at Frequency Mapping, not here.
Hormonal Balance (Women)
Fatigue that sleep does not fix. Mood shifts that seem to come from nowhere.
Menopause Support
Menopause is a natural phase of life, but that does not mean the symptoms are easy. Hot flashes, disrupted sleep, mood shifts, joint stiffness, fatigue, and changes in skin and body composition can affect every part of your day.
What we would suggest
Menstrual Wellness
Painful periods, irregular cycles, heavy flow, mood fluctuations, and persistent fatigue around menstruation are experiences that far too many women accept as unavoidable. But discomfort that disrupts your work, relationships, and daily life is your body asking for attention.
What we would suggest
PCOS and PCOD
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) affect millions of women, yet the experience can feel isolating. Irregular cycles, weight fluctuations, skin changes, fatigue, and hormonal shifts can quietly erode your sense of wellbeing and confidence.
What we would suggest
Pelvic Floor Weakness
Pelvic floor weakness is one of the most common yet least discussed wellness concerns among women. It can show up as bladder leakage, a feeling of pelvic heaviness, reduced intimate sensation, or lower back discomfort.
What we would suggest
Frequency Mapping, Pelvic Wellness, Physiotherapy, Plasma Wellness
Post-Childbirth Recovery
Pregnancy and childbirth place immense demands on the pelvic floor, core, and surrounding muscles. The weeks and months after delivery are a time of profound physical change, and many women find that their bodies do not simply "bounce back." At Gayatri AI, we offer non-invasive, technology-driven pelvic wellness to support your postpartum recovery.
What we would suggest
Sexual Wellness (Women)
Female sexual dysfunction encompasses a range of concerns, including reduced sensation, difficulty with arousal, discomfort during intimacy, and diminished desire. These challenges can stem from weakened pelvic floor muscles, reduced blood flow to the pelvic region, hormonal changes (particularly around perimenopause and menopause), stress, or a combination of factors.
Urinary Incontinence
Urinary incontinence is far more common than most people realise, and it affects women of all ages. Whether it is a small leak when you laugh or cough, or a sudden urgent need that is difficult to control, incontinence erodes confidence and limits daily freedom.

Questions people ask
- Will this replace what my doctor has prescribed?
- No. Nothing here is a substitute for medical care, and we will not ask you to stop or change anything a doctor has prescribed. These are wellness sessions that sit alongside it.
- Is the pelvic floor work internal?
- No. You stay fully clothed and seated for all 28 minutes of it. The NariaTech Chair works through clothing, there is no examination, no undressing and nothing is inserted. It runs at our Thane centre.
- How many sessions before I know whether this is working?
- We review at four. Early enough to change course, long enough to be a fair trial. If nothing has shifted by then, we would rather say so than sell you a longer course.
- Can I come during my period, or while pregnant or breastfeeding?
- During your period, yes, and you can tell us as much or as little as you like. If you are pregnant or trying to be, several therapies here are not appropriate, so say so when you book and we will plan around it.
- Can I combine several therapies in one visit?
- Usually yes. Plans in this area are often layered, and we set the order and spacing at Frequency Mapping rather than on the day.
Everything here starts in the same place
A Frequency Mapping session, before any therapy is booked. It is where we work out which of these belong in your plan, in what order, and which are not worth your money.
