3 concerns
Nothing wrong. Just a smarter way to stay ahead.
No symptom to report. No diagnosis to work around. Just a sense that waiting for something to go wrong is an odd way to look after a body, and a wish to know roughly where you stand before anything insists on your attention.
How we work here
What we use here
Plans are almost always two or three of these together, decided at your first session.
What we support in this area
Each one names what we would put in a plan. None of it is a treatment for the condition, and the order is decided at Frequency Mapping, not here.
Full-Body Wellness Assessment

What we would suggest
Supplement Suitability
Many people invest in supplements, herbal remedies, and wellness therapies without a clear way to measure whether these interventions are actually supporting their body. Some supplements may be well-suited to your current needs, while others may be redundant, poorly absorbed, or even creating additional stress on your system.
What we would suggest
Wellness Maintenance
Predictive wellness is the practice of identifying frequency patterns that may indicate emerging imbalances, long before they manifest as noticeable symptoms. Frequency wellness proposes that organs and systems respond to characteristic electromagnetic patterns.

Questions people ask
- Will this replace what my doctor has prescribed?
- No, and it does not replace a medical check-up either. Keep your annual tests. This sits alongside them and answers a different, softer question.
- Is this a health screening? Will it find a disease?
- No. Frequency Mapping is a wellness scan, not a diagnostic test. It cannot detect or exclude a disease, and if you want screening, your doctor is the right place to start.
- How many sessions before I know whether this is working?
- In this area, often one. The mapping session is the thing. We review at four only if it leads to a plan, and plenty of people leave with a conversation rather than a course.
- Should I stop my supplements before coming?
- No need. Bring the list instead, or a photograph of the labels. What you are already taking is one of the more useful things to talk through.
- Can I combine several therapies in one visit?
- You can, though most people start with the mapping session alone and decide afterwards. There is no advantage to booking more before we have looked.
Everything here starts in the same place
A Frequency Mapping session, before any therapy is booked. It is where we work out which of these belong in your plan, in what order, and which are not worth your money.
